Current Catalog started in 1950 in Colorado Springs. The business started through the creative prowess of the founder couple, Orin and Miriam Loo. Orin was a printer and artists who owns a small publishing enterprise. It was Miriam who first realized that the postcards Orin made would be an ideal fundraising effort. She then started a mail-order crusade to ministers in their church circle. Miriam’s idea became a success and later the family started to produce a great catalog of appealing designed recipe and greeting cards, as well as other paper items.
At present, Current Catalog is part of multi-brand direct selling company known as the Current USA, Inc., having over thousands products and millions of clients worldwide.
